Irrigation
Systems Ltd produce the ultimate impact sprinkler for use
in conventional portable sprayline systems and solid set
irrigation schemes. It is suitable to irrigate
field crops such as maize, row crops including tobacco and
cotton and vegetables. Suitable for nursery irrigation.

Materials
selection throughout the design of this impact
sprinkler has been based on the suitability
of the material for the function it fulfills,
not on the basis of material cost as seen in
every other plastic sprinkler on the market.

Extreme
durability is a major feature of this hard wearing
impact sprinkler, as demonstrated in the body
of the sprinkler. Engineered in military specification
nylon, it is U.V. resistant, tough and unlike
most plastic sprinklers, will not snap when
mistreated. It is built for maximum
service life. |

We have concentrated on developing, one superior full circle 3/4" B. S. P. sprinkler. It has been designed for smooth water flow and maximum service life, outperforming other agricultural sprinklers on the market. We do not offer an overcomplicated range of impact sprinklers with confusing and unnecessary jargon and there is no need to purchase a range of irrigation equipment to irrigate your various cropping programmes.

Using the Nozzle Insert System, developed exclusively
by our in-house design team, simply select the nozzle
size required according
to
your watering requirement and crop growth stage.
Five
nozzle sizes are available and these
are interchangeable by you in the field.

The accuracy of water distribution is enhanced
by the 'one piece' smooth flow water chamber,
moulded
within the
body. This minimises water turbulence, to deliver
uniform water flow. No other plastic sprinkler
offers such a significant design feature.
The
engineering of the sprinkler body with the neat
smooth
flow water chamber ensures a compact, rugged
sprinkler.
The
moulded-in 'thread insert' within the body has
produced a hard tough thread, ensuring
that the
spindle does not pull out under pressure.
The
surrounding body is moulded in a malleable and
more resilient material, leading to less breakages
in the field.

Having out performed both bronze impact sprinklers and standard plastic impact sprinklers, this sprinkler has further advantages. Designed as a modular product, individual components such as the: low friction graphite bearings can be replaced once worn. At a fraction of the cost of a new sprinkler you can achieve consistently high performance in irrigating your crops.

This agricultural sprinkler has an additional benefit over bronze impact sprinklers, as it has no 'melt down' value, greatly reducing theft appeal. Many of our customers worldwide will recognise the importance of this factor when selecting valuable irrigation equipment. |

We recommend you use the Irrigation Systems Socket in conjunction with the Irrigation Systems Ltd Impact Sprinkler.
